Soak Rajma, soak 1 cup of rajma in water for 6-8 hours.
Cook Rajma, pressure cook the soaked rajma with water and salt for 3-4 whistles.
Cook Rice, rinse and cook 1 cup of basmati rice with 2 cups of water.
Prepare Gravy, saute onions in oil, add ginger-garlic paste, and cook for 1 minute.
Add Tomatoes and Spices, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, and garam masala.
Add Rajma, stir in cooked rajma and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Finish Gravy, add salt, lemon juice, and garnish with coriander.
Serve, the rajma curry over rice. Enjoy
