Here's how to make restaurant-style soya chaap at home.

Marinate the Soya Chaap, cut soya chaap into pieces. mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. coat the pieces well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Sear the Soya Chaap, heat oil or butter and sear the marinated soya chaap until golden. set aside.

Prepare the Masala Base, in the same pan, heat oil and splutter cumin seeds. saute chopped onions until golden, add tomato puree, and cook until oil separates.

Add Spices, stir in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. cook for 2 minutes to mix flavors.

Cook the Soya Chaap, add the seared chaap to the masala, mix well, and cook for 5-7 minutes. sprinkle kasuri methi for a smoky taste.

Garnish and Serve, finish with cream and fresh coriander. serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
