Blend green masala, blend coriander, mint leaves, and green chilies into a smooth paste with a little water.
Marinate the chicken, mix chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and salt. marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Saute onions, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. add onions and saute until golden.
Cook the masala, add tomatoes, coriander powder, and the green masala paste. cook until the oil separates.
Add chicken, add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Simmer with water, add water for desired consistency. cover and simmer until the chicken is tender.
Serve hot, finish with garam masala, garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan, roti, or rice.
