Prepare Mango Puree, peel and pit the mangoes. cut the flesh into chunks and blend in a blender until smooth. strain if needed to remove fibers for an extra-smooth texture.

Mix Dairy Ingredients, in a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined. if additional sweetness is desired, stir in sugar and cardamom powder.

Combine with Mango Puree, add the mango puree to the dairy mixture and stir until the mixture is uniform and smooth. taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Chill the Mixture, cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours. this step helps the flavors to meld and ensures the mixture is cold enough for churning.

Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn until it becomes soft-serve. then, transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
