Here's a simple 6-step recipe to make delicious Aloo Paratha at home.

Prepare the dough, mix wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt. knead into a soft dough and set aside.

Make aloo stuffing, mash boiled potatoes. add salt, chili, ginger, garam masala, amchur, and coriander. mix well.

Roll the dough, take a dough ball, roll it into a small circle, and place a spoonful of stuffing in the center.

Seal and roll again, seal the edges, and gently roll into a flat paratha without breaking it.

Cook on tawa, heat a tawa. place the paratha and cook on both sides with a bit of ghee/oil until golden and crisp.

Serve hot, serve your aloo paratha hot with curd, pickle, or a dollop of butter.
