Gather Ingredients, get crispy kachoris, boiled potatoes, chickpeas, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, yogurt, and spices.
Break Kachoris, lightly crush kachoris on a serving plate.
Add Toppings, layer with boiled potatoes, chickpeas, and chutneys for a mix of flavors.
Drizzle Chutneys, add tamarind chutney and mint chutney generously for sweet and tangy flavors. adjust according to taste.
Drizzle Yogurt, pour smooth, whisked yogurt over the kachori mix.
Sprinkle Spices, add chaat masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and black salt.
Garnish, top with onions, tomatoes, coriander, and sev or papdi.
