Here’s a simple way to make air fryer quinoa patties at home in 6 steps.

Cook quinoa, according to package instructions and let it cool.
Prepare the mixture, in a bowl, mix cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, grated veggies, onions, herbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the patties, form the mixture into small, flat patties using your hands.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 3–5 minutes.
Air fry the patties, spray the basket lightly with oil. place the patties in a single layer and spray a little oil on top. air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve and enjoy, let them cool slightly, then serve with your favorite dip or salad.
