Gather Ingredients, collect milk, ice cream, red velvet cake crumbs, cream cheese, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.

Blend the Base, in a blender, add milk, ice cream, cake crumbs, cream cheese, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.

Blend Until Smooth, blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Consistency, if the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.

Chill and Pour, pour the milkshake into a glass and chill it for a few minutes if desired.

Garnish, top with whipped cream and sprinkle red velvet cake crumbs for a decorative touch.

Serve and Enjoy, immediately and enjoy your rich, creamy red velvet milkshake.
