How to make Broccoli Egg Sandwich at home in 5 steps.

Prepare the Broccoli, steam or blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes to soften them. drain and set aside.
Cook the Eggs, in a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. heat a pan with butter or olive oil, pour the egg mixture, and scramble it lightly. add the steamed broccoli and cook for 1-2 minutes, mixing well.
Toast the Bread, lightly toast the slices of bread on a pan or in a toaster until golden brown.
Assemble the Sandwich, place the scrambled broccoli-egg mixture on one slice of bread. add a slice of cheese and cover with the other slice of bread.
Serve, cut the sandwich in half and serve warm. pair with ketchup or a fresh salad for a wholesome meal.
