Here's how to make Eggless Pineapple cake at home.

Prepare the Dry Ingredients, in a bowl, mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. sift them together.

Mix Wet Ingredients, in a separate bowl, combine ½ cup of sugar, ½ cup of pineapple juice, ¼ cup of vegetable oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. stir well.

Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold gently. if the batter is too thick, add a bit of milk to reach a smooth consistency.

Prepare the Cake Tin, grease and flour a round cake tin, then pour the batter into the tin. tap it lightly to remove air bubbles.

Bake the Cake, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. let it cool before serving.
