Here's how to make creamy mushroom pasta.

Cook the pasta, boil the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Saute mushrooms, in a pan, heat olive oil, add sliced mushrooms, and cook until soft and browned about 5-7 minutes.

Add garlic, add minced garlic to the mushrooms and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Make the creamy sauce, pour in the almond milk, vegetable broth, and nutritional yeast. stir and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Combine and serve, toss the cooked pasta into the creamy mushroom sauce, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley.
