Prepare the Dry Ingredients, in a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugar, in a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Mix in Wet Ingredients, add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture. beat well until fully incorporated.

Fold in the Dry Ingredients and Fruit, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently. once combined, stir in the dried fruit.

Bake the Loaf, pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. let it cool before slicing.
