Here's how to make Osmania Biscuits at home.

Prepare the Dough, in a mixing bowl, whisk together butter, powdered sugar, and cream until light and fluffy.

Add Dry Ingredients, sift in the flour, milk powder, baking powder, salt, and cardamom powder. mix well to form a soft dough.

Roll and Cut, out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ½-inch thickness. cut into round shapes using a cookie cutter.

Chill the Biscuits, place the cut biscuits on a baking tray and refrigerate them for 15–20 minutes. this helps them retain their shape while baking.

Brush with Milk, preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). brush the biscuits with milk to give them a golden glaze after baking.

Bake Until Golden, bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes or until the biscuits turn light golden brown.

Cool and Serve, let the biscuits cool completely before serving. enjoy them with Irani chai for an authentic Hyderabadi experience.
