Whisk the Curd, in a bowl, whisk the curd until smooth and creamy.
Add Sugar & Spices, mix in sugar, cardamom powder, and cream.
Blend with Water/Milk, add chilled water or milk, and blend until frothy.
Serve Chilled, pour the lassi into glasses.
Garnish & Enjoy, sprinkle chopped nuts on top, and serve chilled. enjoy your creamy and refreshing Punjabi lassi.
