Prepare the paneer mixture, mash the paneer in a bowl and mix in the chopped onions, veggies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.

Cook the filling, heat oil in a pan, add the paneer mixture, and saute for 2-3 minutes. stir in yogurt for a creamy texture and cook for another minute.

Warm the rotis, lightly heat the whole wheat rotis or tortillas on a pan to make them pliable.

Assemble the rolls, spread a thin layer of mint chutney or ketchup on each roti. place the paneer filling in the center.

Roll it up, fold the sides of the roti and roll it tightly like a wrap.

Toast the roll for crispiness, heat a little oil or ghee on a pan and toast the rolls for 1-2 minutes until golden.

Serve & enjoy, slice in half and serve hot with chutney, ketchup, or yogurt dip.
