Soak Ingredients, soak moong dal, urad dal, quinoa, and fenugreek seeds for 4–6 hours. soak oats separately for 15 minutes and rinse well.

Blend Batter, blend the soaked ingredients into a smooth batter using water as needed. keep it similar to traditional idli batter.

Ferment, transfer the batter to a bowl, cover, and let it ferment overnight. add salt after fermentation and mix gently.

Prepare Steamer, grease idli molds with oil and preheat the steamer.

Steam Idlis, pour batter into molds and steam for 10–15 minutes until cooked through.

Serve, hot with chutney or sambar. enjoy your healthy and protein-packed idlis.
