Gather Ingredients, prepare fresh samosas and have pav, chutneys, onions, and sev ready for assembling.

Toast the Pav, heat a pan or tawa, add butter, and lightly toast the pav on both sides until golden.

Add Chutneys, spread green chutney, tamarind chutney, and spicy garlic chutney over the samosa.

Serve hot with extra chutneys or a side of fried green chilies for a street-style experience.

Press and Pack, gently press the pav to secure the samosa and fillings inside.

Sprinkle Toppings, top the samosa with chopped onions, coriander leaves, and sev for extra crunch and flavor.

Place the Samosa, split the pav in half without cutting it completely. place a warm samosa inside.
