Here's how to make Millet Pulao at home.

Wash the Millet, rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it in water for 20–30 minutes. drain and set aside.

Prepare Vegetables, chop the mixed vegetables into small pieces. keep them ready for cooking.

Heat Spices, heat oil or ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom. saute until aromatic.

Cook Onions and Ginger-Garlic Paste, add sliced onions and cook until golden. stir in ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add Vegetables and Millet, toss in the chopped vegetables and drained millet. mix well, add garam masala, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Cook the Pulao, add 2 cups of water and salt. cover and cook on low heat until the millet absorbs all the water and is fluffy.
