Blanch the broccoli, boil water in a pan, add broccoli florets, and blanch for 2 minutes. drain and keep aside.

Prepare the marinade, in a bowl, mix hung curd, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, garam masala, salt, and cheese.

Coat the broccoli, add the blanched broccoli to the marinade and coat well. let it rest for 15 minutes.

Heat butter in a pan, melt butter in a pan on medium heat.

Cook the broccoli, add marinated broccoli and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it turns golden.

Garnish and serve, sprinkle chopped coriander and serve hot. pair it with mint chutney or enjoy as a side dish.
