Here's how to make delicious protein rich Egg Dosa at home in just 6 easy steps.

Prepare the egg mixture, in a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them well. add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, salt, black pepper, garam masala, and coriander leaves.

Heat the tawa, heat a non-stick or cast-iron tawa on medium flame. grease it lightly with a few drops of oil or butter.

Spread the dosa batter, pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the tawa. spread it evenly in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.

Add the egg mixture on top, immediately pour the beaten egg mixture over the dosa. spread it gently with a spoon or spatula so it covers the dosa evenly.

Cook until golden & crispy, drizzle a few drops of oil or butter around the edges of the dosa. cover the dosa with a lid and let it cook on low to medium flame for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot & enjoy, remove the egg dosa from the pan and serve immediately with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, or sambar.
