Here's how to make Beetroot and carrot dosa at home.

Prepare the Batter, soak 1 cup rice and 1/2 cup urad dal for 4-6 hours. grind them into a smooth batter, add salt, and let it ferment overnight.

Grate Vegetables, peel and grate 1 medium beetroot and 1 medium carrot. keep them aside for mixing.

Blend the Vegetables, blend the grated beetroot and carrot with a little water to form a smooth puree.

Mix the Batter and Puree, add the beetroot-carrot puree into the dosa batter and mix well. adjust consistency by adding water if needed.

Make the Dosas, heat a tawa, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread it thinly. drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden.

Serve Hot, fold the dosas, serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney, and enjoy this nutritious, colorful treat.
