Blend the ingredients, in a mixer, grind coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilies, ginger, salt, and water into a smooth chutney. add curd for extra creaminess.

Prepare tempering, heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Add urad dal & chilies, add urad dal, dried red chilies, and sauté until golden.
