Here’s how to make Chilli Chicken Fried Rice at home in 7 easy steps.

Cook the Chicken, marinate chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and a dash of soy sauce for 10-15 minutes. heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken until golden brown. set aside.

Scramble the Eggs, in the same pan, add a little oil and scramble the eggs. set them aside with the chicken.

Stir-fry Vegetables, heat oil and add minced garlic, onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender but crunchy.

Add Sauces, lower the heat and add soy sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup. mix well to coat the veggies.

Combine Chicken and Eggs, add the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs to the pan. stir everything together.

Add the Rice, add cold cooked rice and toss well. stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the rice is heated through.

Season and Serve, season with salt and pepper. garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
