Marinate the Chicken, In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, yellow chili powder, and salt. mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the Tawa, place a tawa or a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat and add ghee or oil.

Cook the Chicken, once the ghee is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces to the tawa. cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.

Add Green Chilies, while the chicken is cooking, add the slit green chilies to the tawa. saute them alongside the chicken until they soften and release their flavor.

Adjust Seasoning, taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed to balance the flavors.

Garnish, sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves over the cooked chicken for added freshness and aroma.

Enjoy, serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice, accompanied by lemon wedges and onion rings.
