Prepare the Paneer, cut paneer into cubes and lightly sauté in 1 tbsp oil until golden. for a healthier option, skip sauteing and use raw paneer.
Saute Garlic and Veggies, heat 1 tbsp oil or butter. saute chopped garlic until golden. add sliced onions and capsicum, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes for a slight crunch.
Make the Sauce, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce with the veggies. add black pepper and salt, then stir for 1–2 minutes.
Thicken the Sauce, add a cornflour slurry and stir until the sauce thickens. add water if it’s too thick.
Combine and Serve, add the paneer cubes to the sauce and mix gently. garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
