Here's how to make healthy and crispy Palak Chilla in breakfast at home in just 8 easy steps.
Prepare Ingredients, finely chop 1 cup of spinach and 1 green chili.
Make Batter, in a bowl, mix 1 cup besan, chopped spinach, green chili, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp ajwain, and salt.
Add Liquids, add 2 tbsp curd and gradually mix in water to make a smooth, flowing batter.
Preheat Pan, heat a non-stick pan or tawa on medium flame and lightly grease it with oil.
Spread Batter, pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and gently spread it in a circular shape.
Cook One Side, drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip & Cook, flip the chilla and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve Hot, enjoy with green chutney, curd, or ketchup.
