Slice the bread, cut the baguette into ½-inch thick slices. keep them evenly sized for even toasting.

Brush with olive oil, brush each slice with a little olive oil to enhance crispiness and flavor.

Toast the bread, preheat the oven to 180°C. place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes until golden and crispy.

Prepare the tomatoes, cut tomatoes, remove seeds, and finely chop them. this prevents the bruschetta from becoming soggy.

Mix the topping, in a bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Let it rest, let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes so the flavors blend well.

Assemble the bruschetta, rub the toasted bread with a halved garlic clove for extra flavor. spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice.

Serve immediately, enjoy your fresh, crispy tomato bruschetta as is or with a sprinkle of grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese.
