Mix the Ingredients, in a large bowl, combine the chicken mince, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, red chili powder, and chopped parsley. mix well.

Shape the Mixture, divide the mixture into equal portions and roll them into smooth, round balls. if you prefer a crunchier exterior, you can roll each ball in extra breadcrumbs.

Preheat the Oil, heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium heat. the oil should be hot enough for shallow frying, but not smoking.

Fry the Chicken Balls, carefully place the chicken balls into the hot oil, ensuring they are not overcrowded. fry them for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Drain the Excess Oil, once cooked, remove the chicken balls using a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels to remove any excess oil.

Serve and Enjoy, your hot cheese chicken balls with your favorite dipping sauce such as garlic sauce, sweet chili sauce, or a tangy yogurt dip.
