Here's how to make Mutton keema at home this Eid in just easy steps.
Heat oil & saute onions, heat 2 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan and add finely chopped onions. saute until golden brown for a rich flavor.
Add ginger-garlic & green chilies, stir in ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. cook until the raw smell disappears.
Add tomatoes & spices, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. cook until tomatoes turn soft and masala thickens.
Cook the mutton keema, add minced mutton and mix well with the masala. stir-fry on medium-high heat until the keema changes color.
Add yogurt & simmer, mix in ½ cup yogurt and let it cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finish with garam masala, once the keema is cooked and tender, sprinkle garam masala for extra flavor. cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Garnish & serve, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice. enjoy this eid-special mutton keema with family and friends.
