Prepare the Batter, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper with water to make a smooth batter.

Fry Paneer, coat paneer cubes in the batter and fry until golden brown. set aside.

Saute Vegetables, saute minced garlic in oil, then add onions and bell peppers. cook for 2-3 minutes.

Make the Sauce, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and water. add to the pan and simmer.

Thicken the Sauce, stir in cornflour slurry until the sauce thickens.

Combine and Serve, add fried paneer to the sauce, toss to coat, and garnish with spring onions. serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
