Mix Dry Ingredients, in a large bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add Wet Ingredients, add peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract. mix until a sticky dough forms.
Add Chocolate Chips, fold in chocolate chips for added indulgence and texture.
Press into a Pan, line a tray with parchment paper. press the mixture evenly into the pan using a spatula.
Chill and Cut, refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm. cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
