Add, salt to taste and a squeeze of lemon juice to enhance flavor, balancing the chutney's tanginess with the spice.

Blend, until you get a smooth, slightly coarse chutney. adjust seasoning if needed for a perfect balance.

Serve Fresh, transfer the chutney to a bowl and serve immediately with your snacks like pakoras, samosas, or parathas for a unique, tangy kick.
