Here's a simple 5 step guide to making Rosemary Tea.

Boil Water, bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.

Prepare the Rosemary, if using fresh rosemary, rinse the leaves under cool water to clean them. you can gently crush the leaves to release more flavor.

Steep the Rosemary, once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from heat and add the rosemary leaves. cover and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer the flavor.

Strain the Tea, after steeping, strain the tea into a cup or teapot to remove the rosemary leaves.

Serve and Enjoy, if desired, add honey or lemon to taste, and stir well. enjoy your warm, aromatic rosemary tea.
