Prepare the chicken base, heat the oil in pan, then add mustard seeds and let them splitter for a while. add chopped onions and saute until golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and cook them utlic fragrant.

Cook the Masala, add tomato puree, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and goda masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.

Cook the chicken, add chicken pieces and mix well with the masala. cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame until it starts browning.

Simmer with coconut milk, pour in coconut milk and a cup of water, cover, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is tender. adjust salt as needed.

Prepare the vada dough, in a bowl, mix all the flours and salt. add warm water gradually and knead into a firm dough.

Shape the vadas, divide the dough into small balls, flatten them into discs, and set aside.

Cook the vadas, deep-fry the vadas in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. drain excess oil on paper towels.

Serve and enjoy, serve the spicy komdi rassa with crispy Vadas, garnished with fresh coriander.enjoy with onion slices and lemon wedges.
