Make the dough, combine wheat flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough. add oil, knead well, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Prepare the stuffing, mix mashed potatoes, peas, green chili, ginger, and spices into a smooth, flavorful filling.

Roll the dough, divide the dough into balls, roll each into a small disc, and prepare for stuffing.

Stuff the paratha, place the filling in the center of the disc, seal the edges, and gently flatten.

Roll the paratha, roll the stuffed dough into a thin, even circle, using flour to prevent sticking.

Cook the paratha, cook on a hot tawa, applying ghee or oil, until both sides are golden and crispy.

Serve hot, serve the aloo matar paratha with chutney, pickle, or yogurt for a satisfying meal.
