Boil Milk, boil 1 liter of full-fat milk, simmer until it halves.

Prepare the milk mixture, add the heavy cream, cardamom powder, and saffron-infused milk to the reduced milk. mix well and continue to simmer for an additional 10–15 minutes.

Sweeten and cool, remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool to room temperature. once cooled, stir in the powdered sugar until fully dissolved.

Aerate the mixture, pour the sweetened milk mixture into a large, shallow dish. using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture vigorously until it becomes frothy and light, incorporating as much air as possible.

Chill overnight, cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator overnight to allow the mixture to set and develop its airy texture.

Chill and serve, refrigerate overnight; garnish with chopped nuts and optional silver leaf before serving.
