Heat ghee, in a pan, melt ghee on low flame.
Roast atta, add wheat flour and roast on low heat, stirring continuously until golden brown and aromatic.
Boil water & sugar, in another pan, boil water and sugar together to make a simple syrup.
Mix syrup into flour, slowly add the hot sugar syrup to the roasted atta, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Cook & stir, keep stirring until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Add flavor, mix in cardamom powder and chopped nuts.
Serve hot, enjoy warm, garnished with more nuts for extra richness.
