Prepare the manchurian balls, mix grated vegetables, flour, and spices; shape into balls and deep-fry until golden.
Make the sauce, saute garlic and ginger, add sauces, water, and thicken with cornflour slurry.
Toss the manchurian balls, add fried balls to the sauce and coat evenly.
Prepare the wrap base, warm tortillas and spread mayonnaise or yogurt if desired.
Add the fillings, layer lettuce, julienned vegetables, and Manchurian balls on the tortilla.
Add the manchurian balls, place 2-3 saucy manchurian balls on top of the vegetables.
Roll and serve, roll the tortilla tightly, secure if needed, and serve immediately.
