Boil Tomatoes and Red Chilies, in a pot, boil 2-3 medium tomatoes and 8-10 dried red chilies for 5-7 minutes until softened.
Blend Ingredients, once boiled, peel the tomatoes and transfer them with the softened chilies to a blender. add 3-4 garlic cloves, a small piece of ginger, and a pinch of salt.
Add Spices, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and blend until smooth.
Cook the Chutney, in a pan, heat a little oil, pour in the blended mixture, and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat to deepen the flavors.
Cool and Serve, let the chutney cool, then serve with momos. enjoy your spicy, tangy chutney.
