Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 cup softened butter. gradually add 2-3 tbsp milk to form a dough.
Fold, in 1/2 cup chopped pistachios.
Roll the dough into balls, flatten slightly, and optionally press extra pistachios on top.
Preheat, oven to 170°C (340°F). bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Cool on a wire rack and serve. enjoy with tea or coffee.
