Prepare the Dough, in a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, chopped spinach, fenugreek leaves, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and carom seeds. mix well and knead into a soft dough using water. let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls, approximately the size of a lemon.
Roll Out the Paratha, dust each ball with some flour and roll it into a thin, round paratha using a rolling pin.
Cook the Paratha, heat a tawa or skillet on medium flame. place the rolled paratha on it and cook for a minute. flip and spread ghee or oil on both sides, cooking until golden spots appear.
Serve, the palak methi paratha hot with curd, pickle, or chutney for a nutritious and flavorful meal.
