Make the Marinade, mix 1/2 cup yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl.

Marinate the Mushrooms, coat 200g cleaned mushrooms with the marinade and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Skewer the Mushrooms, thread the mushrooms onto skewers, adding onions or bell peppers if desired.

Cook the Tikka, grill at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or cook on a pan with little oil until golden and charred.

Serve Hot, garnish with lemon wedges and coriander. enjoy with mint chutney or a yogurt dip.
