Prepare the dough, mix flour, salt, and ghee, knead with water into a soft dough. rest for 20 minutes.

Cook the filling, saute cumin, fennel, ginger, and mashed peas with spices until dry. cool the mixture.

Divide the dough, make small dough balls and match them with portions of filling.

Stuff the kachoris, flatten a dough ball, add filling, seal the edges, and shape into a disc.

Roll the kachoris, gently roll the stuffed dough into thick discs without tearing.

Fry the kachoris, deep fry on low-medium heat until golden and puffed.

Serve hot, enjoy with chutneys or yogurt for a perfect breakfast.
