Saute the Carrots, wash, peel, and grate carrots. saute them in a pan on medium heat for 10–15 minutes until they soften and release a sweet aroma.
Add Milk, pour milk into the carrots and cook until it’s fully absorbed, making the mixture creamy.
Mix Sugar and Ghee, add sugar and stir until it dissolves. add ghee and cook while stirring until the mixture thickens and leaves the pan's sides.
Add Khoya and Flavor, mix in crumbled khoya for richness and sprinkle cardamom powder. cook for 5 more minutes until glossy.
Set and Garnish, spread the mixture in a greased tray, top with chopped nuts, and press gently. let it cool, then cut into pieces and serve.
