Here’s an easy 6-step recipe for making delicious corn tikki.

Prepare the Ingredients, blend 1 cup boiled corn kernels coarsely, then mix with 2 boiled, mashed potatoes, 1 finely chopped green chili, and 2 tbsp chopped coriander.

Add Spices and Binding, mix in 1 tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp cumin powder, salt, and 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs to bind.

Shape the Tikkis, take a small portion of the mixture, shape into flat, round tikkis, and ensure they’re firm.

Heat Oil, heat a non stick pan or skillet with 2-3 tbsp oil on medium heat.

Cook the Tikkis, place the tikkis on the pan and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve, remove and serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
