How to make coffee walnut cake for New Year at home.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). grease and flour a cake pan.
Prepare Wet Ingredients, in a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well. stir in the cooled coffee and milk.
Mix Dry Ingredients, in a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda. sift together to avoid lumps.
Combine the Mixtures, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined. ensure there are no lumps and the batter is smooth.
Add Walnuts and Bake, fold in the chopped walnuts into the batter. pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly. bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve, let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. serve with whipped cream or a dusting of powdered sugar for a festive touch.
