Heat Oil and Sauté Spices, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Cook Tomatoes and Spices, add chopped green chili and tomatoes to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the oil starts to separate. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Add Paneer, add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the tomato-onion mixture. Cook for a few minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the spices.

Finish with Garam Masala, sprinkle garam masala over the paneer and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot with paratha, naan, or rice.
