Prepare the Dough, mix grated papaya, flour, spices, and herbs. add water to knead a soft dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the Parathas, divide the dough, roll into balls, and flatten into round parathas.

Cook on Tawa, heat a pan, cook the paratha for 30 seconds, then flip.

Apply ghee or oil, press gently, and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serve, hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney for a tasty treat.
