Here’s how to make Paneer-Stuffed Jowar Paratha for lunch in 9 easy steps.
Prepare the dough, mix jowar flour, wheat flour, and salt. gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough. cover and rest for 10 minutes.
Make the stuffing, in a bowl, mix grated paneer, green chili, cumin powder, turmeric, coriander, and salt.
Divide the dough, make small dough balls and flatten them slightly.
Roll out the paratha, place one dough ball between two parchment sheets and roll gently into a small disc.
Stuff & seal, put some paneer stuffing in the center, fold the edges over it, and flatten gently.
Roll again, carefully roll the stuffed paratha using light pressure to avoid tearing.
Cook on a tawa, heat a tawa, place the paratha, and cook on medium flame until brown spots appear.
Flip & apply ghee, flip, apply a little ghee, and cook both sides until crispy and golden.
Serve hot , enjoy with curd, pickle, or chutney for a wholesome lunch.
