Here's how to make healthy and delicious Beetroot Chicken Wrap at home in just 6 easy steps.
Make the beetroot dough, mix whole wheat flour, grated beetroot, salt, and carom seeds. add water gradually to knead a soft dough. rest for 10 minutes.
Cook the chicken, heat oil in a pan, saute ginger-garlic paste, then add shredded chicken, onions, bell peppers, and spices. cook for 5 minutes.
Prepare the wraps, roll out small portions of the dough into thin rotis and cook on a hot pan with a little oil.
Assemble the wraps, spread a thin layer of mint chutney or mayo on each wrap.
Add the filling, place a portion of the cooked chicken, followed by shredded lettuce or cabbage.
